Dr. Ullman received his Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University in Pullman with an emphasis in Physics and then receiving his M.A. and medical degrees from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He worked and earned his internship at Devers Eye Institute in Portland.

He earned his residency training in Ophthalmology at Devers Eye Institute in Portland and also attended Standford University in Palo Alto. He then completed a full fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at Devers Eye Institute in Portland. Dr. Ullman has participated and worked within many group practices of ophthalmology for many years within different cities.

Dr. Ullman also went into his own private practice as well in Great Falls MT, but then moved it over to Sequim WA where it still is currently in opperation.
